NGP was established in 2003 as a sole trader business, working as a subcontractor to a number of large development companies including Meriton. Owner Daniel gained painting and decorating experience, as well as project management experience and skills. NGP is a fully licensed construction company now focused on delivering dream property development projects for a range of private customers throughout Sydney.
We focus on small to medium residential unit block developments, delivering only high-end finishes.
We provide a range of unique services and manage projects including high-rise residential developments from scratch. We leverage our experience to complete every job, we know finishes, and we understand what customers require. We provide a consistently high quality service, and though we charge more than other companies in the market, we provide a higher quality service. Few companies can replicate the quality of an NGP project.

Work Process
1 step
We start by reviewing a project a client has brought to us to determine what is required and what we’ll need to do. We estimate a full workflow from design to delivery
2 step
The next step is to consider all of the different construction options available to us based on available land area, structure options, location, desired features, and internal and external layout. We’ll often create a mock-up of the house as a physical model for ease of communication.
3 step
We then discuss and resolve any legal issues including DAs and approvals for any of the work we’re completing, in consultation with architects and engineers, of course. Once we have a plan we’ll discuss finishes and collate an estimate of the materials, fixtures and components we plan to include. And we’ll produce a comprehensive quote.
